Hi, I have two netgear routers. My main router is 192.168.1.1 (Netgear WNR2000v5), and my access point is 192.168.1.220 (Netgear WNR1000V3) and DHCP is disabled. I do have a different SSID name so I can tell the difference. My main router SSID is Wilson's and the access point is Wilson garage. I have an Ethernet cord running from port 1 of router 1 to port 1 of access point. I can get Internet from router 1, but when I connect the two together it comes up with no internet connection for router 2. Obviously I'm missing something somewhere as this was setup and worked great for a year until there was a lightening storm.. I reset the access point and made sure it worked as a router before doing your steps. I even went as far as to try a brand new router and it did the same thing. What am I doing wrong? Please help... I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/setting-up-a-second-router/Internet Video Marketing
