Hi,
I have a HP Envy 17 Notebook 3D PC (product number LV045UA#ABA) running Windows 7 Professional. I have two Bluetooth mice from different manufacturers. In the past, each would connect to the PC. I only used one of them
in any given session. However every once in awhile, each would suddenly disconnect. Now neither of them will
ever connect.
Is there a way that I can verify whether or not the internal Bluetooth adapter within the PC is properly working?
Please help...
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
