ipad 2 cdma restore get -1 error

Hello,


I bought a defective ipad 2 cdma imported from USA, model A1397, that is stuck in recovery mode, and gives error -1 when restored. Tried different cables and all the usual variations, but restore keeps stopping around 60%.

Now, after taking it apart, I found that the cdma-module is actually missing! (probably lost by previous owner) Is it even possible to restore and use an ipad 2 A1397 without the cdma-module connected?? i live in Sweden and we dont use cdma here,but it would be great if i could get it to work as a "wifi-only" ipad.


Any ideas??
