90KG FARMERS HANDLES PER HAND FOR 50M FASTEST TIME WINS
BARREL CLEAN AND PRESS FOR REPS 90 SECS 90KG
‘ARM OVER ARM’ SLED DRAG 200KG 25M FASTEST TIME WINS
25M YOKE 250KG FASTEST TIME WINS
200KG DEAD LIFT FOR REPS
AS MANY AS POSSIBLE IN 90 SECONDS
WHERE: Field Court C of E Infant School, Courtfield Road, Quedgeley, Gloucester. GL2 4UF
WHEN: Sunday 16th July - Gates open 11:00 for athletes to sign-in. Events to start at 12:00 ending around 4:30pm (ish)!.
ATHLETES ENTRY FEE: £10.00 in advance or £12.00 on the day if there are free places
For everyone else it’s £1.00 for adults and children are free.
